Beyond its enticing floorplans and competitive rates, the leasing experience itself is what made a difference. The leasing consultants Tama and Dennis, stood out with their exceptional responsiveness, transparency, and dedication to finding a unit that truly aligned with my needs.
In addition, Carlos, a member of the maintenance team, deserves a big shout-out for his invaluable assistance in my apartment work order. The whole experience has been nothing short of impressive. Would highly recommend to other USC students.

|Recommended: YesAn Amazing Experience — I started the rental process with Axis 2-3 weeks ago with the most Amazing Leasing agent Terrell, who made my March 16th move-in go nearly flawless. I’ve already mentioned his superlatives, but little did I know, how amazing the rest of the staff was. Specifically, building security. I want to recognize three wonderful staff members, Nallely, Ashley and Sydney.
On Friday, March 17th and Saturday, March 18th, I reserved the service elevator for moving my bigger items. When I tell you that on three different shifts, these individuals went above and beyond their duties to not only walk me through the process on how to use the service elevator, but they let me know what resources were available to make the move easier carts and dollies Nallely . Yes it can be a little tricky. 😉
During my move, I completely dropped the ball by leaving my fob in my apartment. The patience that was used with me not guilting or shaming me for my mistakes and the speed in which my lock out was resolved Ashley was incredible. I was given the detail on the lockout locked out policy after 6pm.
Last but not least, I returned a little late from picking up another load of items and I feared that my window to use the service elevator closed. I thoroughly explain Sydney my situation so that it was understood that my tardiness was due to my fob negligence which threw off my timeline. Kindness, patience and professionalism. This was the theme of my encounter with the security staff. And they did not disappoint. This is the kind of next level customer service that has one a person tell one friend and they tell two friends, etc, etc. These three deserve all my accolades, appreciation and more
I am now completely moved in and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything like this. Axis is the Truth It’s like living in a 5 star hotel as a tenant. They truly have a staff of QUALITY people Thank you Nallely, Ashley and Sydney for going waaay above and beyond I am truly grateful and I hope management knows how great you ALL are
And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the security staff member who assisted me, late Saturday night, early Sunday morning with getting access to the dumpster to throw away my moving trash. The door was locked and it wasn’t looking good for me. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I know she could tell I was exhausted and worn down from my nice. Her energy was truly off the charts and her friendliness and enthusiasm was exactly what I needed. I do know she is a newer staff person but no doubt, another one of your wonderful STARS on the staff.

|Recommended: YesNeed a better noise isolation — I just moved in couple days ago. It’s a nice place but the sound isolation is not that good I can hear people talking in the hallway from my room.
